At EkiBeki, we work with artisans to bring traditional crafts into contemporary life. Through thoughtful design interventions, we unite skills from across India, creating modern products, murals, and installations that honor heritage while meeting today’s market.

Asia Society office

Commissioned decor for the office using LongPi pottery (Manipur) and Madhurkathi mats (West Bengal). Bringing them together within a single design language was an opportunity to demonstrate how traditional skills can find new meaning in contemporary spaces.

Dasra office

Rooted in purpose and inspired by heritage, this artwork captures the powerful journey of DASRA founders who returned from foreign shores to uplift their own communities.

Mandla Fort Station

Blending traditional tribal art with modern infrastructure, the revamped station now stands as a cultural landmark—welcoming travelers while preserving and promoting the region’s artistic identity.

EkiBeki Tote Bags

At EkiBeki, every artwork begins as a unique, handcrafted piece — an expression of heritage and skill. We then use modern digital printing to carry this art into everyday life, from tote bags to décor pieces. 🌸 The difference? Each time the artwork is reproduced, royalty goes directly to the artisan for the use of their original creation. This way, their craft reaches more homes, while their dignity and livelihood grow stronger

Pravah the tapestry

An intricate confluence of Phulkari embroidery and Rogan painting, centered around the richly symbolic Tree of Life. The artwork as a home decor centerpiece traces the journeys of Parsi and Punjabi cultures, echoing histories of migration along the Silk Route.

A heartfelt tapestry of love, faith, and heritage, celebrating the union of two souls and the beautiful cultures they carry with them. Just as the bride and groom come together, so do the rich crafts of Punjab and Gujarat, their traditions blending seamlessly into a single, timeless masterpiece.

Starbucks cafes

Bring crafts to the mainstream, Ekibeki has collaborated with various local Starbucks cafes, creating an ambience that reflects the skills of the region. No two cafes are alike, we used Rogan art in Gujarat, to Gond & Bagh handblock printing in Madhya Pradesh.

The Plated Project

A collaborative project with The Plated Project, to create a story that has a deep connection to the art style, but not one that our audience will have heard before. To combine modern and traditional styles to make visually appealing work that is unlike other pieces being worked on by traditional artisans. Every sale sponsors 10 meals by The Plated Project, while also generating income for the artisan community.
